I am quite sure I will enjoy it at some point
By penelope beckles
My mom read this to me when I was little and she passed away almost 6 months ago. I took it out of the envelope for 5 seconds and put it right back. I am quite sure I will enjoy it at some point.

Popular book in elementary libraries for many years.
By Houston Librarian
As a former elementary librarian, I recalled how popular this book was. I bought it for my great grandson whose mom will deliver a new brother for him in two months. We are ready!!!

Still love this book
By Frank Ramirez
Thirty-four years ago I read this book to my son every night. He soon knew it by heart and refused to allow me to deviate by a single word. I love the theme of family identity, empowering a young person to keep a family together, and looking towards the future and new life. So we just bought it again when my wife's nephew and his wife had their first child. Just wanted to pass on the joy.
